- EHErika HaasMay 25, 20261.0Terrible customer service! K, the sales rep, came to my house on May 14 and said she would give me a 1400 sqft flooring quote the following week. On May 20, I emailed K asking how the quote was coming along (received no response). On May 21, I called Braid and the receptionist said she would have K call me back (never received a call back). On May 25, I called Braid again asking for K or a manager to call me back with an update on my quote or at least tell me if they’re too busy and don’t want my business (never received a call back). There’s no excuse for not getting back to a potential customer, especially after I tried reaching out 3 separate times.

- KWKrysta WMay 5, 20265.0Braid’s did our flooring in our basement a couple years ago and did a great job. Unfortunately we had a flood and had to have it all replaced. Braid’s did the flooring again, but there were installation issues with the carpet. The team made it right even though that meant they had to replace all the carpet in the entire basement again. We were very impressed that they were the ones that offered this solution instead of a quick fix. We are thankful that the team cared about the quality of their work and would definitely get them again. Doing things right the first time is great, but I think a better measure of professionalism is how mistakes are handled. Thank you!
