  Best plumbing and heating place in Lloydminster!!! Staff is awesome and friendly. Used them multiple times never an issue. Good quality work and top shelf parts. Quick to diagnose the problems and offer proper solutions. Other places in town don’t compare. Chris rocks!!! We try and get Chris when we have issue. Guys a legend!!

  Had a plumber come and assess the situation, was told there was a leak in a pet pipe fitting, $900 and change plus taxes. Because he had to cut some insulation to get at it. Anyway the reason for the call was there was a waste drain smell really awful. He says it wasn't the waste pipe leaking that it was mice feces and urine and maybe dead mice, so i took his word for it. Couple days later I went to take a look. And sure enough the there's a massive leak from the main bathroom toilet and it's collected in the insulation under the home. I am unsure how he managed to miss this massive buldge of feces and urine? Either he's BLIND, or TURNED A BLIND EYE and didn't want to deal with it and said it was mice. After paying $1000 and only fixing 1 pex pipe fitting and moving a little insulation, not impressed at all! Here's some pictures, you tell me..

  We have just moved to Lloydminster last year and bought an acreage home. I chose Guardian (off Google) when I wanted a complete, detailed inspection of the home after purchase but prior to moving in. They sent a tech right away and he was definitely THOROUGH, which is exactly what I wanted. He gave me three estimates, base on how many modifications we wanted to make. We chose the least costly and the work was top shelf and quick. Recently, we had water in our basement from an unknown source (electronic sensor alert, we were away at the time). I suspected the sump pump had failed. They had a technician onsite very shortly after the call, and he worked on our problem till 11 pm!! He confirmed it was the pump, emailed me an estimate, and got the work done that night. This is above and beyond. Guardian tends to upsell every contact you have with a staff member, but as long as you can evaluate options and make a decision, you are fine. They do not appear to me to be attempting to rip you off, just giving the full range of what is possible within their service options. The other thing I like is the range of service areas they have expertise in. Water, sewer (including rural), HVAC and related appliances and/or equipment, that's what they do. None of this, "We don't do that but I can recommend someone" stuff. Usually you just end up with the shady company that gives the best kickbacks with that scenario. Not that way with Guardian. Their pricing is not economy grade but that wasn't who we were looking for as a provider we could trust. If you want a guy in a rusty van that can barely speak English and is amazingly cheap as long as payment is in cash, Guardian ain't the droids you are looking for. We like them and they will get our business in the future methinks.

  From the initial assessment with Scott to today where I had the pleasure of the three musketeers come out ( Scott, Keal, and yanick) to do some dirty work and diagnose the septic troubles I’ve been plagued with. Every step has always been throughly explained these guys emit top notch customer service even when the job is less then ideal, and I’ve asked them to explain a million times . from the folks in the office scheduling, dispatching and taking the intial panicked call every one has been a pleasure to deal with, looking forward to continuing this adventure with the guardian team to get this completely fixed..

  Unprofessional and incomplete service. Guardian Plumbing and Heating collected full payment to service our heat pump and boiler system, but failed to finish the exterior portion of the job. Despite multiple respectful attempts to contact them to have the service completed and discuss a $4,000 repair quote, they are denying the work and refusing to return to the property. It is incredibly frustrating to pay over $200 for what amounted to tightening one nut, only to have the company refuse to honor their original agreement. I cannot recommend a business that takes full payment but cuts corners on execution.
