- KPKris Parrish5 days ago5.0Very happy to have chosen Primo Plumbing. I had several plumbers come out for an estimate and by far was Primo Plumbing the best option. Not only were they super friendly from the time I made my first appointment to the time they left the job. Aaron was first class all the way. He came and did the estimate as well as was one of the two plumbers for the install. He couldn’t have been a genuinely nicer guy. Both Aaron and Charlie (also very friendly) went the extra mile to put back together my very complicated doors.

- TSThomas SooHooApr 1, 20265.0Steven Payne was my guy this time. Jordan and his team sent out his "gas guy" Steven to help me instal an applianced. All went well in terms of the install and Steven left. Later I tried to install the drawer underneath the appliance and it would not fit. Jordan was great in the follow up and sent out Steven again to do the fix. We all thought the worse.. that we would have to "undo" some of the work that Steven did the day before but he did a great workaround that solved the problem. The service from Jordan and Steven was excellent. Sign of of good team... and good management. Thanks SP!

They not only unclogged our bathroom drains for a reasonable price, but they took the time to assess and fix the deeper rooted cause to keep them from clogging again in the near future. Their team is well trained and gave us quality recommended preventative next steps to make sure our plumbing is in good working order. This company clearly operates with integrity and truly wants to serve their customers and the Long Beach community well. I highly recommend!

He was so helpful over the phone and really reassured me he would be able to fix it- Friday morning not one but three super capable, friendly, professional, (also handsome) expert plumbers were at my door -Steve, Aaron, and Charlie. They were kind, kept their whole area clean, and fixed the problem so fast. Honestly I kind of hope I have a plumbing issue again so that I can use this company again. I’d recommend them so highly! Thank you, guys!
