  Cooper came as scheduled and fixed the rail alignment that wasn't correctly installed by the original installer. I highly recommend Byers and Butler.

  Byers & Butler has been a gem to work with. They have truly gone above and beyond my expectations and I cannot thank the company enough. They are exceptionally communicative; I regularly received updates and prompt responses to my many urgent (and sometimes panic inducing) inquiries. Ryan, the co-owner, is thoughtful and patient. He has navigated our many tough situations (due to the historical nature of our building) with ease. I appreciate his ability to creatively problem solve issues and ensure all details are taken care of. Thanks, Byers & Butler! Y'all greatly appreciated!

  The technician was very polite and professional. They were very fast to arrive and fix the problem all completed within 2 hours. He understood the issue right a way and had our door fixed within minute's. They are the best.

  These guys are awesome!! I called just about a million shops to try and get the belt on my garage door repaired. All the other guys refused to repair and tried to upsell and pressure me on a new garage door opener without even looking! Calling Byers & Butler was a very refreshing experience. They were clear and honest on the phone, and quoted me a very reasonable price for the repair. The technician, James, was very polite and quickly got the garage door up and running. He adjusted it and got everything working perfectly! And they stuck by their original quote on the phone too! These guys are awesome, can’t recommend them enough.
