  Butch from Good Guys did an excellent job servicing our HVAC system. He arrived right on time, clearly explained what he was going to do, and kept us informed throughout the process. He also pointed out a couple of small issues we weren’t aware of and took the time to explain them in a way that was easy to understand. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest, helpful information. We really appreciated his professionalism and transparency. Highly recommend

  We had (another) great experience with Lucas! Even though this issue turned out to be a thermostat user error on our end, Lucas was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to walk us through the system zoning process and made sure we fully understood how to use the new thermostats before he left. Lucas made the whole experience comfortable and informative. Really appreciated his thoroughness and positive attitude—highly recommend!

  Amazing service, as always. Brad was extremely helpful, attentive, and provided excellent quality in the maintenance appointment. He also was very helpful in notifying us of some additional upgrades we may need in the future. Another reason why we will only trust Good Guys with our HVAC, AC, and Heating services!
