They said they were coming over on a Friday, at which my husband said no one would be home and they need to reschedule, also reminding them AGAIN to coordinate with me, and they didn’t read the message and/or care about what we said. They came over when no one was home, CUT UP MY TRELLIS AND CUT MY HONEYSUCKLE IN HALF, kicked up irrigation lines, broke some pest deterrent stakes, pulled the trellis from the wall, and left litter EVERYWHERE. They told us, many times, and IN PERSON when I originally was there to consult with them, that the trellis would not be an issue and they’d work around it. They MESSED UP. And no matter how often you tell them to contact the person who ACTUALLY LIVES HERE, they will do whatever they want. Horrible. They can’t be trusted. Utterly unprofessional.

One they took my money, they just dragged their feet with installing, and getting things approved. Edit: Dragged their feet so long, the city didn't approve my project. Had to move it to the side yard which was not my first choice. Later tried to fix the issue, but did such a crappy job moving and installing it. Had the option to install a bollard and work with my HOA to install it to keep it in the original location, but chose not to. Perhaps to save money? I have no idea. Cannot recommend this company. After they reinstalled my batteries, the workmanship was shoddy. Didnt even bother flushing the wires against the wall.
