Jason and Tim are excellent representation of what Good Guys has to offer. They were thorough in their exam; explained simply the technology and application of what was being introduced and needed. I would highly recommend this family owned company for your HVAC and Water Heater needs. The following day I was serviced by Roy and Christian, excellent gentlemen. They installed my work order and did a fantastic job! They answered all my questions and referred back to them if any future questions. Thank you!

The overall customer experience was a 10 starting from the appointment being set with clear expectations and followed up onsite with our techs Jason and Brad who exceeded our expectations as well. I can’t say enough good things about this company and it starts with Bill & Ashley.

We had a duct tear in our attic and decided to take a chance on Good Guys based on the reviews and also being local (we’re in EDH). Mike came out and did a thorough inspection. We then met with consultant Randy a few times to go over options (repair, replace, upgrade, financing, etc). We opted to do a full replacement of the whole HVAC system and also add zoning. The pricing was competitive and transparent and we were very impressed with the professionalism. Our technicians were also great (Kris, Lucas, and Dylan) and it took them about two full days to do the job. It was a great experience and we will be using them and would easily recommend them to friends/family!

I can always trust and count on these guys. They clearly explain everything and show you pictures of what they’re talking about. They don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. I’ve been using them since 2020 for everything from a whole new system to emergency repairs. The work they do makes it so I will continue to call them first.

We had a brand new system installed almost 3 years ago and installation was a NIGHTMARE. we were without ac for the good part of a week during a heatwave because they couldn't get the system up and running. Once they did we had to have them back out a few times because it went down. They were very nice and professional and we were understanding that things happen. Our complaint is that a fuse blew recently and we had to call them out. We were told over the phone it would be a $99 fee but we're charged $270. We tried to argue it because our contract says parts are covered. They say a fuse isn't a part? This is a 3 year old system which was 14k.
