  Mike R., from Good Guys Heating & Air came to do an inspection of our HVAC system. He did a complete & thorough analysis of the total system. Explained issues found & showed the failed areas of the system. He sat down & went over in detail the couple different course of actions to take in order to resolve the issues. He answered all of my questions and showed me proper owner-related maintenance techniques that will further assure that my system will provide me with optimal service in the near and distant future.   Brad came out to do the bi-annual HVAC inspection and service. Brad was extremely professional, wonderful communication, and thorough. He showed me pictures and explained what he did. He was easy to understand. I received a 400$ discount on an air filtration system which I’m very happy with. I highly recommend Good Guys and Brad. He was so friendly and respectful of my home. Thanks Brad. The maintenance is party of my program so the inspection was free. I only paid for the new addition.

  Great customer service- i felt like my needs were a priority from the first after hours call to diagnostic the next morning and service. Mike did a great job documenting everything with pictures and explaining his recommendations and different options in a clear way without pressuring a sale. If you’re looking for a company that’s trustworthy and responsive, this is a good bet.

  Excellent response time. I had never done business with GoodGuys before, but they had a technician out to my place within 3 or 4 hours of my call. My furnace had been running poorly for a long time, was not able to bring the house up to the set temperature even after running for a couple of hours in the morning, even though our nights haven't been very cold lately, mid 40's to low 50's. Also, the furnace was using much more propane than normal and I was smelling raw propane near the furnace exhaust outlet. Tim Snyder found that the gas pressure was adjusted much too low and corrected it. I waited 2 days to write this review to see if the problem is fixed, and it appears that it is -- both mornings, the temperature has been up to the setpoint by the time I get up, and there's no propane smell by the furnace exhaust outlet. To top it off, they charged less than I expected.
