Killowatt is now part of the Seer Group, a billion dollar private equity company that buys up small HVAC companies and puts their corporate spin on everything. They upsell and raise prices and fire employees.. And they didn't tell any of us who are members of their maintenance plan any of this. I'm dropping them and going with a local company.
