  My experience with this company started with my first phone call, I spoke with Summer, she was, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She truly was a gem. As for Chris, I can't say enough, he came out to my home to take the measurements. He was very professional, on time, kind, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease with selecting my material. As for the installer's, they were very professional, respectful, and punctual. So my overall experience exceeded my expectations, if I can give more stars I would. I highly

  I had three quotes for my kitchen granite countertops and Marble and Granite Masters gave me the best price. They also negotiated for me 30% off the price of the granite slab I found in the distributor's showroom. They finished the order for only ten days, as they promised. MGM made every detail in the order just as I requested it. They removed my old countertops , installed the new ones, cleaned and were done with record speed- half day only. I am sure there are a lot of good installers, but it's really hard to find honest, not expensive, and high quality company. They did not have to tell me the price of the material- I wouldn't have known they got it for 30% less than I thought it will cost. All the MGM staff were very polite and professional. I couldn't be happier -it was completely stress free, pleasant experience.

  We are extremely happy with MGM. The entire process of replacing our kitchen countertops was handled professionally. They listened to us, which is rare. Thanks to that our kitchen countertops are exactly as we wanted. From beginning to end, not one complaint. We highly recommend them.

  From the second I walked in to the store all the way through the second they walked out of my house, nothing other than an amazing experience. I purchased Calcatta Rocky Quartz for my kitchen, bathroom, and converted a closet into a nook and added a built in desk. All said and done, you can get calcatta quartz anywhere-but you won't meet Dina at the front desk, seriously the nicest lady I've ever dealt with. You won't get to meet Maurice and his team as they're ripping out your old counters. You won't see the passion and satisfaction when they finish and are just as excited as you are. Do yourself a favor, stop by and say hi if you're looking into new counters. The product is just that, a piece of stone. It's the people that made my experience wonderful, and you should meet them too. Measuring and quotes are free, the best pricing I had found after a long search, and the best PEOPLE you'll find in the business. To MGM, thank you again, 100 times over. You changed my entire outlook on contractor services, customer service, and completely customized my new home. You're all amazing, and I wish you the best. For the people that want timelines: Walked in, met Dina. Scheduled measurements NEXT DAY. Quote that same day, paid deposit. 4 days later, counters installed bathroom, kitchen and desk in 4 hours. Less than a week. (Quartz was in stock) I now live and breathe by MGM, and am a forever customer. Give them a call, let them come out, be as happy as I am. Chris
