  We had leak that soak the carpet in front of the bathroom , tom came out same day I called he was puzzled until he realized it was the icemaker line had dripping for awhile . He came back today (Monday) cut a hole in the wall and there was a plastic hose going under the house attached to a pipe . Removed it and now no leak !! Thanks tom u r the best and Adam for going under the house!! And thanks to lauralee for the best employees ever!!

  Technician was very thorough in attempting to repair existing water heater. He dealt directly with the manufacturer to warranty out parts and had the patience of a saint when dealing with their technical team. In the end replacing all 'replaceable" parts did not solve the problem and the water heater had to be replaced. The new water heater is good quality and is installed to the highest safety standards including flood stop and expansion tank with all new lines and piping to ensure there are no issues. Thanks Gotelli. I appreciate all the hard work.
