  The quality of the roof work done was very high but what is earning Wine County Roofing only 3 stars is the customer service. Specifically the lack of proper communication concerning timelines. I called the day we were scheduled to start because it was raining and I assumed a delay (I believe they should’ve been the one to make this call, and preferably prior to the actual start date). I was told there would indeed be a delay but not just a few days until the rain had passed but instead three whole weeks, which is insane. I understand that weather obviously affects roofing work but to become so behind in your work and not tell a customer until the scheduled start date is completely unacceptable. This was the first in a line of improper communication issues that made the experience less than satisfactory. Again, the work once it was done was high quality and priced in line with other quotes I received but the lack of attention to detail in keeping the customer informed was a huge inconvenience for a busy household.

  Wine Country Roofing recently replaced the roof, the plexiglass panels of the awning of our back porch, the back gutters and the skylight of our home. We were very impressed, they did an excellent job. The new roof showed better workmanship than the original roof. I saw no protruding nails, no gaps in joints, and the gutters were better installed. The roofers were easy to work with, they were sensitive to the safety of anyone walking up to the house as they worked, they had a great eye for detail and they showed obvious pride in their work. They even worked on Christmas Eve to install the final touches on our skylight before a massive rainstorm hit. We highly recommend Wine Country Roofing.

  WOW! I couldn't even imagine the amazing level of service that Ive received working with Wine Country Roofing! They were warm, friendly, helpful, timely, professional and their work was impeccable. As long as they're in business, this is the company that I'll be using for any roofing needs I might have in the future. And, I'm talking them up to all my home and business owner community!   Wine Country Roofing did a beautiful job replacing my roof and adding a sun tunnel. They were careful, tidy, and efficient. When some insects later appeared in the sun tunnel glass, they took the problem seriously and generously addressed it.

  Most thorough inspection, lowest bid, top shelf in all communication, on time, professional, personable, great problem solvers, fabulous teamwork, this family really cares about their frontline staff, their safety always attended to. We felt so taken care of. They went above and beyond to advocate for us with a very problematic solar company to get our panels back on.
