Hello friends, this is Ernie Ongaro. Along with my brother Paul and cousins Dean and Mitch we own and operate Ongaro & Sons plumbing heating cooling and electrical. We’re a family business opened in 1932 by our grandfather. It’s always been a big part of our lives. Just like our parents before us, we grew up around the shop, getting our hands dirty learning the value of hard work and giving our customers the very best. This review is about the fact that one of your drivers either needs to slow down when he's driving or pay more attention to the road. I had pulled over to the shoulder of the freeway, as I was merging back into the freeway. One of your drivers (who was either going too fast or not paying) hit his brakes hard and moved onto the off ramp. I maybe could have accelerated more quickly, but seeing as I was going 50 and still accelerating in the slow lane I don't see this as the problem. He then proceeded to cross the white lines of the off ramp to get back on the freeway. Not much later he changed lanes to the fast lane. Why was he even in the slow lane if he's going 75.

After testing out my water heater and finding it to be in great operational condition, he had to find out what the true cause of my problem was. He methodically ruled out numerous potential causes but I continued to "press" him as the fixes suggested did not address the problem. He persisted until he found out the exact cause and immediately fixed it. I am so pleased that he patiently worked with me. 5 stars!
