As soon as he saw our unit, he almost immediately knew what the problem was. It needed a cleaning, and a part on the motor replaced, which he happened to have on the truck. Within the hour, we had heat again! And it was way more affordable then replacing the unit, which a different company said we needed to do. Mike saved us thousands! We are now lifetime customers because of their knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Moore Home Services to anyone with any home needs. Thanks Mike!

He was very thorough and pointed out a lavatory sink faucet should be switched out for a new one to prevent possible future flooding. He also replaced one toilet flapper. There was no charge for all of this. Eric during the same visit performed a water heater scaling done and the charge was reasonable. Moore home Services has been my HVAC and plumbing service for at least 12 years. Their technicians are friendly, helpful, and competent.
