  From the phone call when I was so tripped out I had no idea how much this is gonna cost the woman that answer. The phone was very nice and I explained she set up an appointment. Had to get it OK from the owner and we got that, and then the gentleman named Devon Came in was very nice and he did his job very professionally and a very efficiently and it was done .and Presto, my bathroom was in working order thank God for this company. I recommend them very highly..

  Well, it’s pretty amazing that we called this morning and within two hours a gentleman named Abdullah showed up looking super sharp and very nice. He spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the problem. He put up with my pets which were annoying. And at the end, he gave me good news bad news good news was they could repair it, but it would only last a couple years and I could risk carbon monoxide leaking.. Bad news. I got to get a new heater however these guys came highly recommended from a friend of ours and we’re so glad they did. We’re looking forward to getting that new heater in. And what was amazing was he didn’t charge me for the service call.

  Our 96 year-old grand mother‘ heater wasn’t working correctly so she wasn’t able to use the heater. We approved the quote at $12,000.Then they stopped answering our calls. This is very unacceptable because we told them that it was urgent to get the heat put back on because she has cancer and is undergoing chemo treatment. They should’ve been charged with elder abuse by leading us on and having her wait! We were forced to take our business to another company. These guys are terrible! FYI!!!!!!!

  PLEASE CALL ELEVATED COMFORT I really never had a problem with Moore Home Services intill today, I had a scheduled appointment between 1pm-5pm during the week, Moore assured me that the tech was going to call me when they are on the way to my house. The tech Abdullah Aimaq did call me and said 20 minutes, I told him I was 20-25 minutes till I get home because I have to leave work, I left work early for this appointment. I arrived home come to find out he beat me to my house, knocked on my door and left. Abdullah Aimaq NEVER bothered to call me and tell me he was at my house, he could have known I was 10 minutes away and waiting a few minutes. I called Abdullah Aimaq on the same phone he called me and ignored my calls. I called Moore Home Service phone number and told me that there was no one available intill the next day and they could do NOTHING for me, if the Abdullah Aimaq was a professional and was serious about his work and professionalism he would have called me stated he is at the house just like other professional that care about their work. The only reason I knew that Abdullah Aimaq came to my house before I arrived was I got a text message from Moore Home Service asking for a review on Google for Abdullah Aimaq and his services, we'll here is the review.... A simple phone call and communication skills would have save both our time and hassle.

  High pressure sales, I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation. "If you don't agree right now to this $29K job, we wont be able to fit you in for at least a month" after knowing we would be without water/plumbing till fixed. We also spent money on a hazmat clean up that was unnecessary as there was no raw sewage under the house as they said there was! The hazmat clean up company gave us a deal for having to come out and not doing a clean up job, but was still $1200 because of Moore. Had 3 other quotes from small family owned businesses, and all were significantly less. After this experience with Moore, we are also cancelling our monthly service. Can't trust these guys.
