I received a Yellow Pages booklet in the mail with a Jack Smith magnetic business card glued to the front. They said 'no job too small' so I gave them a call. They were very friendly, gave me a quote and quickly called me back with available times. I scheduled the repair for 2 days later. It was a 2-person job since it was such a large door. They arrived right on time with all the parts and tools necessary. They were very nice as well as professional. Within an hour the door, which before took two hands to open, was sliding with just a gentle push with a finger. They left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. We will keep their card handy for any future repairs we may need.
