He inspected the system and discovered that it was likely " operator error". He was very kind in telling me I had probably, inadvertently hit a wrong button. I took it like a champ, and promised I would call him if it happens again. George and Holly get 5 stars and an A+ for providing wonderful customer service.🌟🌟

They installed a new water heater several years ago and i've been using their service since to flesh out the water heater.
