We had a new heating and cooling system installed last year, and the whole service team, from sales to installation, they were straightforward and worked diligently to deliver exactly the system we were requesting. They handled all inspections needed to take advantage of the applicable rebates available to us, and have followed up with scheduled maintenance to make sure the the system is working as promised. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs a new system or repairs to an existing one.

The reason I started using them was they would be the company that would make themselves available during an emergency the most. Recently, there was a change in ownership. So, I had to pay more attention to how things would change. It is clear they've invested more in staff. This was potentially good and bad. Good for the obvious availability reasons, but bad in the risk of losing that personal touch. I can safely say that it's all good. Recently, I replaced my central air system on the back of going tankless water heating. Fast and quality service. EVERY issue I had was handled with respect and care, and I could not be any happier. Thank you, Bragg! Especially, Marisa!
