  Our technician, Josh, was the most thorough plumber we have ever had, in terms of explaining what he was going to do and what he did, as well as giving us tips for keeping our plumbing working and running smoothly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

  I purchased my hot water heater over 8 years ago, thankfully I purchased the 10 year warranty. Rosenthal promptly addressed my warranty issue and resolved it with needed parts under warranty. I was able to see the failed part and everything was explained to me. I feel really happy I went with this company that stands by their installation.

  We had an internal tank leak issue with one of our toilets a few months back and reached out to Rosenthal on recommendation from my sister. They were very responsive and ended up being able to assist within the week. After coming out to diagnose, they presented us with multiple solutions at different price points, including other repairs/fixes they had noticed should be done while they were out there, and explained the cost and benefits of each quote. We ended up going with the most expensive options which included replacing the toilet, upgrading the water shutoff with an updated version that had a quarter-turn shutoff so it would be easier to turn off if needed, and replacing and redoing our exterior water pressure valve to be installed correctly so if it needed to be replaced again in the future, it wouldn't be as difficult the next time. All of this was completed same day as the diagnosis appointment too, no return needed! Overall, I was very impressed the knowledgeability, responsiveness, friendliness, and pricing of Rosenthal plumbing and would recommend and use them again for any plumbing needs! Their model of providing different priced options for your problem and explaining the differences and benefits of each one is super helpful, especially if you're like me and don't know heads from tails when it comes to plumbing problems.

  We called rosenthal to install a water leak detection for our home. Mario came timely. He gave us 4 quotes ranging from what we asked for and then 3 additional things on top that we didn’t ask for or need. Like water heater descaling,etc (nothing to do with what we called about) We chose just what we asked for, the leak detection system and installation. After it was installed, I was then notified that there are two water access points to the home And it was installed on the smaller of the two. This was not explained clearly prior to installation and obviously if we were only going to install one we likely The bigger one that feeds the main house versus the smaller one that feeds the ADU. He then wanted to give me another estimate to put on a water detect Actual house inlet. This was very disappointing to me as we just spent $2500 on something that doesn’t actually complete the task requested.
