We went to San Lorenzo first but they were limited with what they had but they have great customer service. We were told Ferguson might have the parts we needed but that we should know in advance that the staff there isn’t very helpful - I think the folks warning us were putting it politely to say the least. We tried anyway and went to Ferguson..and the guy working behind his desk was not helpful and rude. Exactly what we were told before going. Waste of time. Go somewhere else that has great customer service. We ended up at Home Depot because it’s not far away and they had the part. We would also suggest checking out San Lorenzo if you are in the area! Hope this helps someone! ✌️ EDIT: As a follow us to my review 3 months ago. You can see that Clinton at Ferguson claimed he would be reaching out to me shortly. Never happened. Really poor customer service. Read the reviews and see how low their rating is. It’s that way for a reason. Go elsewhere - go where you will get great customer service. It won’t be here.
