  The floor itself we had installed is OK. Dealing with the providers was a huge headache. We had to get a hotel room while they did the job because it was the entire first floor of our house. They must work on multiple jobs at one time. There were days when there was very little work done at all. And most days there was only one employee doing the entire job himself. They even claimed to not know why the employee didn’t show up to work one day and couldn’t contact him. That was just a few of our problems with them.

  Izzy installed our floors and did an impeccable job. Worked so hard to get them done in time for our move in date. Was so impressed by his eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.

  I’ve been a Warehouse Direct customer for over 25 years, and I can’t say enough great things about them! Their customer service is phenomenal, their prices are fantastic, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond for me. They’ve installed both hardwood floors and carpeting in my home, and everything has always been top‑notch. Recently, I had my very first issue (Due to my dog) with a hardwood floor they installed 17 years ago. I called Warehouse Direct, and they jumped right in to help. What I feared might turn into a multi‑thousand‑dollar nightmare ended up costing only a few hundred dollars. Talk about relief! I’ll be replacing the carpet in my bedroom soon, and there’s no question who I’m calling. Warehouse Direct has earned my trust time and time again.

  Fantastic from start to finish--they make the whole process easy and painless! Prices were very reasonable and the work they did was very high quality with good attention to detail. We're very happy with our new floors!!!
