Their customer service was top-notch — fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful from start to finish. I couldn’t believe how smooth and easy they made everything. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed, and Mariah went above and beyond to help finalize the rental. You don’t always get service like that these days, and I truly appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend United Rentals — especially if you get the chance to work with Luis and Mariah!

Only to then be told nothing would be availability until the following Monday. If they did their jobs properly in the first place, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money for nothing but attitude and disrespect from the larger gentleman. Do better
