  Purchased a chlorinator system 3 months ago and pump stopped working for no reason was in a place where no water or elements could damage it . Installed correctly . Called to get it replaced had to wait for tech to call which wasn't done I had to call back and was told they would send a new pump and expedite by 2 people and send ups . Item was shipped but not expedited now have to wait a week for item and our house reeks of rotten egg smell . Matter was not handled to my satisfaction and feel like the product is cheaply made and should of not went bad after 3 months . I would rather havey money back then deal with this again over and over .

  I bought a very complex system that they recommended after the test that they did on our water. We have had the system now 2 years and check valves are already malfunctioning. When i call them, they are wanting to charge outrageous amounts for parts.. Not fair !!

  We had the Clean Water Systems water treatment installed in our home two years ago and we absolutely love it. The high quality of water is amazing. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to improve their water quality to contact their knowledgeable friendly staff. I am so glad that we did. We also have not needed any repairs to this amazing system.

  Great Customer Service! Just purchased a large order of equipment from these guys and their customer service has been great. They shipped the order the next day and immediately sent me tracking info. They then sent me an email with tips regarding the information and opened up a line of communication with one of their water specialists who quickly and thoroughly answered several questions that I had.

  Have had a chlorine pump from here for a few years now. Found the check valve had failed and was leaking chlroine water everywhere. Contacted about getting a replacement part to be told the pump is out of date and no parts exist. After doing some digging found out what they really meant was the pump is cheap Chinese garbage and no parts have ever existed. Wanted to sell us a replacement pump for $200 which they said was half price. Found said replacement pump from China for $100. Needless to say, will not be coming back ever again. Selling cheap $100 Chinese pumps for $400+ is shameful. It gets even worse when you find out brands they don't carry are cheaper and have a readily available supply of replacement parts.
