  I learned two lessons from our latest plumbing issue: (1) Never hire a handyman to do a plumping job, even if it appears straightforward; and (2) call Amir at Anytime Plumbing -- he and his crack employee, James, were able to retrieve a busted off snake (caused by the above mentioned handyman) when other plumbers were unwilling to even try. I saved a lot of money not having to rip up concrete.
