Customer service answered right away and scheduled us for the same day - Jacob was here within an hour. Jacob is fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and personable. He spent time checking our system to figure out exactly what was happening. He took photos, walked us through everything and covered all our options. We definitely recommend Racco and will use them again. If you have any issues with your heater or HVAC ask for Jacob he is fantastic!
