  Our heater stopped working and after reading online reviews we contacted Racco. Customer service answered right away and scheduled us for the same day - Jacob was here within an hour. Jacob is fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and personable. He spent time checking our system to figure out exactly what was happening. He took photos, walked us through everything and covered all our options. We definitely recommend Racco and will use them again. If you have any issues with your heater or HVAC ask for Jacob he is fantastic!

  They installed 3 mini splits in my home and the technicians were very professional , polite and accommodating. They discussed with me the pros and cons of the possible locations of the equipment yet respected my wishes to have it out of the way and reduce visibility as much as possible. We discussed a few options and then agreed on the final placement. They got the job done in the timeframe they told me, the arrived when they said they would and they always cleaned up after they finished for the day. When the job was completed, they also took the time to show me where the controls were, give me my manuals and test the units to be sure they were functioning properly. A very smooth and professional job. Highly recommend!!

  I’ve been a long time customer RACCO. I totally trust Ricardo, Vanessa and Jacob. Jacob always lets me know what parts are worn and needing to be replaced, before they actually fail. I like to keep up on the maintenance for our units. I was just reminded today that my HVAC system is already 14 years old. I swear it feels like it was only a few years ago that I had it installed. That just goes to show you how important it is to keep up with its maintenance. Having this spring/winter maintenance is very much appreciated and keeps our systems running smoothly – – knock on wood.
