  I reached out to Benjamin Franklin team when I noticed there was lots of water stain behind my guest bathroom toilet. They fit me in real fast and sent me confirmation texts. Tech (Rogelio) came on time and quickly figured out the issue. He was polite, explained things easy for me to understand and even wore shoe covers when he entered my house. The price was fair and he did work and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend!

  Assigned plumber (Richard Camacho) was extremely honest and told me that I did not need to replace my washer valves after the installer told me that I did. I sincerely appreciate the honesty. Thanks Richard.

  Our technician was Rogelio Ramos: He knows how to fix the problem. We can tell because of the difference from the first guy who fixed it before him like a year or 2 ago who even left the dirt he dug for us to put back. The water pressure is back to like when we first got the house. He’s awesome! Well hire him again in the future if we ever need him for any plumbing issues and we’ll recommend him to friends and family as well. Great and honest service.
