  I’ll preface this by saying I haven’t used Fuse Service for this review. I did however just have their white Toyota Prius service vehicle absolutely fly down my residential neighborhood street doing what must have been 50 mph. This happened right around 10a this morning while I was out walking with my son. A white Fuse Toyota Prius went flying north on Daffodil Way in San Jose before turning left onto Manzanita. I called your company and left a message with your receptionist hoping that this will be escalated and looked into. Absolutely crazy how fast your car with your logo all over the side of it was driving down a crowded residential street this morning. Hope you address this issue.

  I am super happy with the service I received from start to finish at Fuse! The process to get scheduled was super easy (everything was done online), and I had an appointment available the next day. The electrician (Mikhail) came on time. He listened to our concern (one of the circuits keeps on tripping every single day), and he proceeded to diagnose the problem. Within 20 mins, he has figured out that one of the wires has come loose in our circuit breaker system, and he offered to either fix or replace the circuit breaker. I opted to have it fixed, and he did it in 10 mins and charged me only $69! He saw one of my electrical outlet covers was cracked, and so he told me he would replace it free of charge, which he did! I am very impressed with Mikhail and with Fuse, and will definitely call them the next time I need any electrical issues fixed in our house. Thank you!

  Very nice experience. First of all the quoting process was painless and much cheaper than other service providers. I really felt like they were there for the job and not out to take advantage of us. They provided excellent quality of work and high integrity. Very happy I found them. I will be inquiring Fuse for all future projects. Thank you very much Mr. Slavic.

  My AC had stopped working. Fuse had a relatively fast turnaround time compared to other places to come take a look. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly, and got the AC back in shape. Great service!
