  I rarely write reviews but today I wanted to take a moment to thank Joel from Joel’s Roofing and Rain Gutter for an amazing experience. We have a PVC material on a flat roof that had developed pin holes, and the sub-roof had a large area of dry rot. I called him for a second opinion as the initial bid included ripping off the entire roof and replacing the PVC because it wasn’t a material that patches could be adhered to. Joel said he could cut out the bad section and adhere new material to the damaged area. His bid, provided within 24 hours, was 10% of the original quote. When he opened things up it the dry rot was more extensive, but he honored his initial bid. I was shocked and incredibly pleased since most contractors always exploit the “surprises”. Even with all the additional work he power washed the roof and cleaned the windows without even being asked. Make sure you call Joel to get a quote if you need any work done on your roof or gutters. Five stars!!

  We had gutters installed before the last rain. Took 1 day. Colors matched real well. And you can go out the door without getting soaked!

  We were referred to Joel’s Roofing by my friend who also had a super positive experience with them. Hearing our friend’s accolades - describing Joel the owner as honest, thorough, and meticulous work - we already had confidence in Joel. Not only was that description spot on, when everything was done we were beyond impressed. Joel made our project way less "headache-y" by guiding us through every step, gave us options, answered our questions, kept everything on track (early start times every day!) stayed flexible within our budget, finished ahead of our strict timeline. Also appreciated how Joel was constantly on site and hands on with the work. Our new roof and gutters look fantastic (I can now use my friend’s word: "meticulous"!) It's given our older home decades of solidity - just a beautiful clean updated look. I highly recommend Joel and his company. Meticulous efficient work, communication the whole time, everything prompt and on schedule. Rare to find this high standard of work these days!

  One roof repair didn't seem to hold up and the other didn't address the leak we showed during the appraisal. We are use another company to identify the cause of the leak correctly and finish the job properly.
