I spoke with TJ on the phone who confirmed he didn't have the part in stock - BUT he went on to walk me through a way to clean the tray and reset the unit for free. An 8 minute phone call cost me nothing, he earned nothing, but I had hot water again in a few minutes of work. Very much appreciated and I'll definitely shop there in the future!
