Extremely high price and really pushy. Explained we only wanted the water tree out front fixed and kept trying to sell more. Only joined their membership to save another 10 percent since the cost was so expensive. So they came to flush the hot water heater which is included in the membership. Then suggested more things to try to sell you, even sending invoices which i called to ask about and they said it was just recommendations but told them i wasn't interested. The next day they sent a text asking which we wanted to go with after telling them I wasn't interested in anything else! Not happy at all!

Excellent service. John has to be one of the best technicians we’ve had at our home in a long time. John took the time to explain in layman’s terms what work he was going to perform for our routine maintenance as well as findings and recommendations.
There was no upselling or pressure to “sign today as these prices expire once I leave your home” techniques.
We have already made it known that he will be our requested service technician.

I had a blown fuse in my heater and Broc was able to fix issue. He explained the importance of when you have an older system it is always a good idea to get it serviced regularly. There was no pressure to do the maintenance plan, but when it was explained it seemed like a no brainer to get it done. Prices are reasonable and fair.

Juan called before his arrival to let us know he was running a little late and explained the process to us and how long it would take, and to make sure we were still available since the complete process would take 1.5 hrs. He arrived just after 5pm.
Juan was very polite and explained the steps he would go thru to complete his inspection of our tankless water heater yearly maintenance. He was patient with us with any questions we had, and he was very knowledgeable with any plumbing questions we had. This was our first maintenance of our water heater, so we didn't know what was supposed to be done during this visit.
Overall, we were very happy with Juan and Dial One (versus Avis who we bought our tankless water heater from). Since this was a yearly maintenance of our tankless water heater, there was no payment due since it was part of our original contract with Avis.
