He was very informative about what he needed to do to correct our problem and we decided to replace our garage door and our opener at that point. We’ve been thinking about it for a long time .we’ve always had very good luck with Besser Bros . they are a quality company.

He walked us through the tune up in detail and confirmed that our motor is underpowered, which we already knew, but also explained that a proper tune up should keep it working well for a while. It was helpful to have that confirmed without any pressure to upgrade. The garage door works great now. The text updates and overall communication were excellent and really appreciated. Overall, a very professional and positive experience.
