  These guys do a really nice job. The technician helped to explain exactly what was wrong with the doors and that the age of the doors had got to a point where they were not very useful anymore and provided useful information to the cost and options for replacing the door. Look forward to doing work with them in the future. The technician was very good at explaining all of the different options and how to solve the problem and the best options.

  I had 20 year springs and motor that needed replacement. I was scheduled for repair within 5 hours. The technician, Devin, presented well and assessed the problem systematically. He explained the issue of worn springs and motor breakdown. He explained the charges involved before beginning work. He made repairs efficiently and didn't rush the job. I am pleased with the work done with special recognition for Devin who was friendly and professional.

  When i first called, i told them we needed to put up rails and was told that the technician should have rails and could get the job done with 1 visit. When he came out, that had not been communicated, and so they charged me a $65 "diagnosis" fee. The second time they came out 10 days later, they were going to charge $another $300 for extra parts that were not first identified. I complained that they should have given a proper quote since they came out once beforeand they waived the $300. They did not waive the $65.

  Had a great experience with Besser in the design of our replacement garage door and motor. Our garage structure is tricky and required some thoughtful measuring and decision making to be sure that the solution would meet our needs and work properly. Our technician Devin spent a lot of time with us and even made calls to double check what he was recommending. Looking forward to the install and a significant upgrade from what we have now!

  We had Chris from Besser Garage Doors out to service our garage door today. Our garage door was stuck and would not open and our vehicle unfortunately was inside of the garage when this took place. We had called two other garage door companies before calling Besser, Garage Doors, and they were not able to get to it for a few days. Once we called Besser Garage Doors, they answered right away and Explained they were able to get somebody out there within the next couple of hours. Their technician Chris arrived on time and explained every part of the process with us before he did any of the work and also explained after the work was completed. We would highly recommend using this company for other clients.
