- LALatte ArtMay 19, 20241.0I wanted to buy a power washer, they do have one that’s used and they say that it’s ready to go, but I always check items before take it home and this one was missing extension, and the worst thing was the girl wasn’t helpful she didn’t know how that works or how to answer my questions about the power washer, why do they have someone there if they have no idea what’s going on at the store, I think they wanna make money not to stress out the customers n the Manager wasn’t there, now I understand why it’s empty because they don’t know how to take care of there customers, I really don’t recommend this place if they don’t change or retrain they’re employees for better customer service.

Email says to call the store, so I keep trying to call the store but number doesn’t work. Call the corporate number and am told it’s a store issue, contact the store. Tell them I can’t contact the store, and am told to try again in 24-48 hrs. When I ask to just send me a comparable product or even call me back when the store can be reached, I am told this isn’t possible. This only isn’t possible for Direct Tools Factory Outlet, and it’s because they don’t care about customers, have the worst customer service and straight up rude customer reps
