The reason why I am only giving 4 stars is because the water heater they installed has a manufacturer date of 4/25/24. The install date was on 11/13/25. Something doesn't seem right about that. Over a year and a half? You have to have trust that they will sell you the best products but from what I have researched, most water heaters are installed within a few months of manufacturing. I know I paid full price, so hopefully this wasn't a case of using me to clear old inventory.

I thought it might be something with our tankless water heater but Keith was able to quickly identify what the actual problem was… it wasn’t the water heater. He was extremely professional and easy to talk with. I don’t want any plumbing problems but if they do come up, I’m happy to know I have a great company to turn to. I highly recommend them.

We recently had a home inspection and it was recommended the toilet be removed and reset upon a new wax seal. Alvictor called to let us know he would arrive at the start of the window time Plumbing Care gave us which was appreciated. When Alvictor arrived he was profession and did a quality job with ease. He also recommended that another part be replaced which would help the water tank fill up quickly and avoid any future clogs in the lines. At the time it was filling up at a snails pace so we said replace it. Like my husband said this morning “what a difference!” amongst other things the tank now fills up quickly and it’s like we have a new toilet! Sincerely - happy customers, Elycia and Tom
