For the amount others paid, he included installation of both the water softener and the RO system. In my case, he charged the same amount for just the water softener installation and asked for an additional $350 to install the RO system Their pricing lacks transparency—there’s no clear breakdown between unit cost and labor—and they appear to charge different customers different amounts. I had asked for the breakdown multiple times but did not receive a response. Because of this, I would not use their services again.
