- ELElise LiuMar 30, 20265.0The Heat pump water heater was installed last November, city permit inspection was completed right before Christmas, and we received tech rebate check on 3/20. Overall we are satisfied with the work done by Fuse. It would be even better if the workers had more patience to explain things more clearly.

They performed all of the work in an extremely professional and thoughtful manner. During and after the installation they answered all of my questions, and made sure the system was operational prior to leaving. The work was completed over 3 days and required working in the attic and crawl space. I appreciated their attention to details and very clean work. I would use Fuse and Eugene/Tom again for their service. Highly recommended!
- ASAlexander StasenkoMar 22, 20265.0Installed a manual transfer switch, a 50A inlet, and a 30A outlet with permits. The only minor issue was a misunderstanding during the quoting phase, which led to the unnecessary installation of the EcoFlow 50A hub. However, I was able to return it to Home Depot and was promised a refund for its cost from Fuse. Compared 3 extra quotes and Fuse was the best I was able to find plus they installed my main electrical panel already.
