Starting from the Design Consultant Jason Willman whom was very helpful and provided detailed insight as to what was best for our project and offered different products that best fit our needs. The installers were also highly professional and very experienced as our window was being framed for proper fitting and placement. External work after window was placed completed by another highly trained and experienced stucco installer made the now installed window look as if it had originally been placed there by matching to the exact shapes and texture of the existing stucco. I could not believe the precise workmanship of this job. Lastly Ariana Maciel Installation Coordinator was a consummate professional in this whole process. Window World is fortunate to have Ariana a true asset on their team. She assisted with and coordinated the whole project from Installation and scheduling of the different installers was on our timeline and availability. Her closeout of the project was just as streamlined provided we were satisfied and if there was anything else we needed, to include our warranties and copies of our detailed receipts. Her professionalism and work ethic goes beyond the 5 stars I am limited to provide in this review. Thank you Window World for providing World Class customer service. I will definitely use them for any other service related needs and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
