- TCTod CritchlowOct 6, 20255.0From start to finish our experience with SDRG was excellent. The first visit to asses and get a quote occurred almost immediately after contacting for services. We had a remodel going on, so demo of old gutters and installation of new, took coordination with our contractor. SDRG worked well with us and came when called for demo and returned with little notice from us to install after Stucco work. The installers were courteous and quiet. They stopped to answer questions when asked. They even made some suggestions for areas that weren't covered by the gutters. I want to specifically call out Matt (Matthew Johnson). He has overseen our project and from start to now he has been a pleasure to work with. When the work on the gutters was complete, he stayed in contact and is helping to mitigate some issues caused by our remodel Thank you for the fabulous service.

My gutter is holding some water. Was it installed wrong?

This shallow pitch will allow the water to flow to the downspout when it is raining. However, after the rain, the water loses momentum and will come to a stop and puddle. This small amount of water does not cause any harm and soon evaporates.
