After entering very basic info from JCIS web site, I was contacted by Juan within about 30 minutes and we scheduled for a quote the next day. I got a detailed bid shortly after that was a very good price. After that, scheduled with JCIS and their work and full crew was fantastic. They also cleaned up well after the job. I was really impressed all the way through - would definitely recommend them for a great licensed roofing company!

I received a call at the time of my scheduled appointment, saying I didn’t answer his call earlier in the day (I didn’t recognize the number and there was no voicemail left), so he wouldn’t be coming. We rescheduled for two days later, no show and no call. I reached out and was told he couldn’t make it but would come first thing the next morning. And again he never showed up and never contact me, there was zero communication after that. Not sure if it’s reliable at this point.

He along with the installers were very courteous and professional. Juan answered our many questions to our satisfaction and went into detail about materials used and how they would be installed. JCIS Roofing Manager, Julian, suggested a change to the design of the solar layout that in essence enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the solar panel layout. We were very thankful that JCIS had the ingenuity to make that change and give our solar project a much better appearance. Thank you JCIS for your quality installation and your experience that made our project so great.
