He and his team provided clear options, full transparency, and only recommended what we truly needed. Because of their honesty and professionalism, we chose to upgrade our AC system—and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From start to finish, Wighton’s delivered five-star service and beyond. On installation day, Edward (lead installer) and Jarek were not only competent but exceptionally skilled. Their professionalism, positive demeanor, and meticulous workmanship were outstanding. This company truly has ⭐️ star employees in Edward and Jarek! Thank you, Mr. Medina, for your first-class service and for sending such professional employees. During the installation, the management team even checked in to ensure our questions were answered. We felt cared for every step of the way. Everything was tested and explained to us in detail. We were also provided supplemental information for future work. Not only was the installation done professionally and meticulously, but the workspace was left spotless. We could not be happier with our experience, and we will be sharing our praise for Wighton’s with everyone we know. - MLMark LemkeSep 17, 20255.0I spoke with two women over the phone, talked to a service tech, who sent me a "Comfort Manager", who sent me the installation manager, who sent out two installers, all over the course of three days (which was very prompt). Everyone I talked to was extremely polite, helpful, knowledgable, arrived on time, and sent me a text saying they were coming. The install (Trane A/C) was done in the time frame they said. They cleaned up after themselves. My only constructive comment is that the Comfort Manager was a bit too smarmy. I didn't need or want a "salesman" to sell me a car. I wanted prices. I got them and he was a nice guy. But... Anyway, I'd use them again, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others. Great job!
