- RHRuben HakopianMar 20, 20261.0Just bunch of crooks. I ordered white oak 1-3/4” board which was supposed to be usef as a shelf. Mentioned several times that the top and bottom surfaces should be flat and parallel. Drove to pick it up and the board had a 1/2” bow making it completely unusable despite me mentioning that surfaces have to be flat. The guy was a total jerk and didnt refund. They kept the board. Filing a dispute with the credit card.
