I've been to multiple other yards in the Castro Valley/Hayward/Oakland area and nothing compares to Larsen's customer service. My current project has me repairing wood siding on my 1941 house. There was a piece I was replacing that was a non-standard size, it had been beveled, and there was a routed edge. There was no way that piece was going to exist 80 years after the house was built. Larsen's found a slightly similar piece, sawed and planed it to get very close to the original. It took about 30 minutes to work through how to do it and Sam spent the time to get it right.
