- LPLaura PefkarosJan 12, 20261.0We bought 4 kohler toilet seats from this store. One of them was defective. We tried to return the defective one back the next day but they close at 4pm before we could reach the store. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We brought it back on Monday morning. The front desk clerk/supervisor said since it is a manufacture defective, he couldn’t return it. He asked me to contact the manufacturer directly. We told him this is unheard of. He said it is Ferguson’s policy. We had to call Ferguson headquarters to find out how to return it. Headquarters told us to try to return it to another store. We spent many hours and finally were able to return it to another store. The store manager did call us back and apologized. How can Ferguson hire this rude, incompetent person who falsely claimed to be the store manager and made up store policy. He should be fired immediately! We bought a replacement toilet cover with Amazon. We regret ever shopping at Ferguson. They have no customer service and waste so much of the customers’ time.
