James promptly scheduled the job for the next day even though it was not an emergency. Edward did an efficient job installing the unit. My house has older wiring issues and they had one of their members (Alex) come and help rewire the unit to fix the electrical issue. They were able to quickly purchase the needed parts and accomplish the job in under an hour. Great work, quick communication and friendly service!
