Vernon arrived when expected, understood my needs, and worked efficiently to ensure that our windows moved freely. He made a second trip to repair the rollers on the large sliding glass door, which now moves effortlessly. Would have him back for future needs.
Wanted to leave some kind words for the technician James, he fixed my fathers doors in all ways, the sliding doors, the screens, and even made sure our locks were all working correctly, he went out of his way to go above and beyond!
We have used the Sliding Door Repair Company in the past for, a sliding door! Today David installed a new Anlin nail-in window because the existing window in our kitchen, purchased by a previous owner, leaked during the February 2026 heavy rains. David was prompt, courteous and professional. He provided explanations of each step when questions were asked and he did a thorough cleanup after a professional installation.

Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled a visit for what should have been a simple repair: replacing worn wheels and adjusting a sliding glass door. The technician spent about 5 minutes looking at the door and then casually quoted over $1,000 for the repair. The price was completely unreasonable and clearly inflated for the work required. To make matters worse, I was charged for the visit just to receive that outrageous quote. I decided to get a second opinion from another company and had the exact same repair completed for about one-third of the price. This review is not about their workmanship since I refused to move forward with them. It’s about predatory pricing and a very misleading quoting practice. My advice: do not choose this company, get estimates from other companies and you’ll likely save hundreds of dollars!
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I called to request an estimate and was given a vague 3-hour time window, which is quite inconvenient for any customer trying to plan their day. When I politely asked for a more precise time frame, or at least something narrower than three hours, the dispatcher became visibly irritated, spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, and then abruptly hung up the phone.
Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was completely missing in this interaction. Ending the call with a sarcastic “have a great day” after being rude is simply unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone who values clear communication and basic customer service.
