- JJJanetMar 27, 20265.0Highly recommend Z-Con for asbestos ceiling removal I’ve been looking for a recommendation to remove my popcorn Asbestos ceilings for greater than 10 years but I could not find a single person to vouch for any company until a friend used and recommended Z-con. From the estimate (Sean), to the scheduling/coordination throughout (Colleen) , to the crew (Miguel and crew)-every step was exactly as Z-con promised. They are/were knowledgeable, professional, on time and courteous. Post removal air testing showed that the air was pristine. Z-con (Jose) returned at 8am the next day to remove the final bits of set up. I was not home (the mistaken timing was on me) but he quickly thought of a workaround and removed everything, no problem. I had 4 estimates and Zcon was in the middle. Worth every penny.

They first removed the boots and were careful to not damage my walls. They sealed up my vents and also sealed up a floor gap. Their containment was excellent and thorough. They accommodated an air clearance test and my schedule (I was going out of town for a few days so they left the containment up for many days). I am very happy with the work quality and they were also the lowest quote I got!
