  We had a sewer backup in our basement due to old pipes, and I can’t even describe how awful the situation was. I was worried about contamination and odors, but US Creative Restoration took care of everything quickly and professionally. They removed the water, disinfected the entire area, and made sure the air was safe to breathe. After that, they even replaced our old sewer line and reconstructed the damaged areas, making our basement look better than ever. The best part? They handled the insurance claim for us, so we had one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend them!

  I can't thank US Creative Restoration enough for saving me from such a stressful situation. It was my first time dealing with water damage. Darvell came out within 20 min, and his team started the mitigation process immediately. They were so thorough with inspection and all the actions needed. Darvell is so friendly and chill, and his team is very professional and quick. I am very lucky to find this company to guide me through everything. They have a lot of experience to communicate with insurance companies too. Thank you US Creative Restoration team!

  The team at US Creative Restoration were responsive; the first ones to answer my call and the first to come provide a quote on fixing my mold problem in my ADU. They did a great job of explaining what was happening and what the fix was. Darvell kept me informed and did a very thorough job. In the end, the studio air was cleaner than the outside air, just like he promised! I would hire them again in the future, and highly recommend them!

  My home was experiencing water damage in our bathrooms and we called US Creative Restoration to come by and perform an inspection and quote. Darvell and Matt arrived the same day we called (on a Saturday!) and quickly assessed the two bathrooms, and provided their expertise and recommendation for a resolution. Not only did he come prepared with a set of tools to help him understand the situation, the quote he built was extremely detail oriented and easy to understand. Darvell and Matt not only kept in touch as we were going through the process, but continued to provide advice (as we are new homeowners) and even pointed out some regulations to be aware of (like different CSLB laws/ordinances). Darvell and Matt have been amazing to work with!
