- LLlizJan 15, 20263.0So my tech got here don’t get me wrong but he did a good job of adjusting some wiring of my heat and fan it a lot better now. For the tech I give him 3 ⭐️when he got to my house I open my door to him didn’t say a word not even a hello . He walk in assume he knew where was my furnace until I direct him where it is. As for customer service they were great. I gave him a five. ⭐️
- NBNan BucknellJan 15, 20261.0I own a small office building that needed a new HVAC system. Dealing with Fuse was a terrible experience. They operate in a mumble, stumble and bumble way. The estimator Gene was late showing up to the initial inspection, didn't call to tell us he was running 2 hours late. We then had to reschedule it for the next day. Then Melanie forgot to put us on the installation schedule despite Gene's claim that he told her to do so. Then the day before the installation, they called and said they forgot to get the proper type of building permit. Avoid this unprofessional company if you can. They are incompetent and are not to be trusted. Don't be fooled by their apologies and pleasant demeanor. It means nothing.
