  We got our old hvac replaced with new heat pump based hvac and are extremely happy with the overall experience. Austin and Wade were very knowledgeable and kind and they explained all our questions patiently and did complete the work on time with excellent quality. Would highly recommend!

  David was excellent! Identified and explained the issue throughly, provided multiple options and walked through the mechanics in simple terms we could understand. He felt like a true “partner” with us the entire time in correcting the problems with our HVAC system caused by the initial construction company.

  This was a full AC replacement project. The Fuse team did a fantastic job - showed up on time, very clean and courteous along with covers for the shoes when walking the interior of the house. The team really worked hard, but they got it all done in the same timeframe that they promised. Oleg and team were super friendly, they explained everything and were thorough and very clean along the way. I had a great experience, no surprises! Great job FUSE team and Oleg for being experts at what you're doing! Very clean and professional install.
