Previous water heater (from previous owner) happened to be also installed by this company, and Loni provided a discount. Installation was swiftly done in ~1.5 hours!

Daniel assessed my leaking water heater and thoroughly explained the work required to replace it. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. It’s not easy to find someone who combines technical skill with professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend Dan for anyone needing water heater service or replacement. The only thing I would add is that I was initially under the impression that the company would match a competitor’s estimate, but that decision was ultimately overruled by management. Aside from that, the service and quality of work were excellent. I would definitely recommend Dan for anyone needing water heater service or replacement.

Everything fixed in a couple of hours. Still under warranty I was only charged for a service call $99. I've been using WHO for years and have never been disappointed.
