  We started by designing a shed on the website to get a budget, shortly after we were done, we received a text from Richard asking how the process went. I’m not in the habit to answering texts asking for a review and didn’t respond. Then next day he reached out again, and I responded that we were thinking of utilizing the San Carlos office which is closer to our home. We texted back and forth and we came to find out San Jose was open on Sunday. Met with Richard about 3:30, reviewed our design, he made a couple of recommendations and we were set! Purchased on the spot. Richard is the best, knowledgeable, personable, we were extremely pleased with the outcome! Now the 2nd phase starts.
