However, this year We try to contract TK San Jose for annual inspection. It took 2 weeks to get the proposal and the process of get the schedule is so un professional. They either not pick up the phone or have to talk to their manger and promise to get back to us which never did. It is just sad to give a good company that we were so impressed with 1 star just because of the office personal.
