- ARAbraham Ren2 days ago5.0We recently had a great experience with SWAGS across the board! We had a leak in our walls going down into our crawlspace and SWAGS sent out a technician on the same day. Christian did a great job of assessing the problem, and making recommendations on our various options. Since the leak happened on a shower we were still under warranty for, he gave us a quote for their repair but also recommended we get it serviced by our contractor under the warranty and provided the details we should give them to identify and address the problem as easily as possible. All this for no charge because it was a quick trip that resulted in a quote! We will definitely contact them for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

Called the city and to do check for leaks between property and county lines and they recommended a plumber so I found Jaime at SWAGS. We talked through the issues and he helped guide me through various steps to check for potential leaks and looked at the water pressure sensor throughout each of the tests. We identified the issue directly over the phone which saved a trip for him - super efficiency and patient throughout the entire process and was very communicative. He didn’t end up coming to the property but my interaction with him was great. Highly recommend, will be my first call for all future plumbing needs.

They came out the next day and discovered it was the cartridge needing to be replaced. The part needed to be ordered and they installed it two days later. Great customer service and communication. We also had them replace our water heater two years ago along with correcting some other things that were done wrong by a previous contractor prior to us buying our home. Would recommend them 100%. Definitely know they’re doing the job right the first time
