  Swags and Christian Vazquez have helped me twice and they’ll be my go to from now on. When my laundry room flooded and the adjacent kitchen and bathroom were also affected, Chris cleared out the blockage in the main pipes and was really good about explaining and showing me the diagnosis, the steps he was taking and options to address our very old pipes. Prior to this Chris installed a new toilet for us. He’s done quality work and I highly recommend them!

  Look no further, this is the best plumbing business in the bay area. I've had several plumbers in my 19 years living here and there is no comparison. Excellent communication and professional service from Jaime and Christian. I had my garbage disposal replaced and toilet sealed. My double sink has always been quirky and Christian could tell what was wrong when I never even mentioned it. The piping under the sink was installed incorrectly and food was backing up to the other side. That will be my next project to have fixed!

  Jaime came over to my house to check on our hot water heater that stopped working the night before. He was quick to answer my phone calls and text messages. He helped us relight our pilot and was very informative on hot water heaters and what to look for, how long hot water heaters last, andwhere to check on the date of the hot water heater’s manufacture date. I asked him how much he is charging for this service call, and he said “Don’t worry about it.” I was pleasantly surprised and I will call him back for any future service and/or replacement. Very happy with his service. A+++

  I called after hours but someone still answered the phone in one ring and helped me troubleshoot my water heater over the phone and had it working normal again in less than 10 minutes. This company is now in my contacts as my go-to repair company for any plumbing or utility issues in my home. Thank you SWAGS, you saved the day!

  Our technician, Daniel, was fantastic: personable, professional, candid and knowledgeable! A terrific representative for this company. We are presently pondering the options that Daniel described for replacing our ancient, failed shower valve/trim, and definitely believe 5 stars are warranted for SWAGS Plumbing!
