- SSSelena ShiDec 15, 20255.0I contacted SWAGS to inquire about replacing my shower systems (valves and adding handhelds). They sent out a technician right away for consultation and I got a text confirmation. The technician patiently walked me through my questions, possible options and what would be involved for each...He even volunteered to tighten all the valves and switch couple shower heads/arms to address my concerns and provide a temporary solution. He also pointed out things I didn't think of/realize, which probably would save both of us several trips if we were to go ahead with the project. (for me getting the wrong parts or missing parts etc) You can tell they want to do things right the first time and they are very knowledgable. Throughout the whole time, I was not rushed or pressured to use their service. The technician was very courteous, and the communication was very clear and honest. At the end, the consultation fee was waived entirely and I got estimates for a few other plumbing projects. I would definitely consider hiring them when it's time to do the job (unless I could get a significantly lower quote elsewhere =P I haven't got a chance to obtain other quotes, so their price may be very well reasonable. Also, from talking to the technician, I feel the company treats its employees fair and well.) Highly recommend to contact SWAGS first for your plumbing needs!

They did professional diagnostics on multiple points. Clearly communicated the root cause. Their quote includes an full spectrum inspection that guarantees no further leaks. (As part of their warranty) . I didn't end up in the contract because I turned to the warranty of the original installer. I'll definitely go with them next time if there is other issue.
