  I had them check on a AC, but was somehow charged a monthly membership that I wasn't aware of after my service. This is a red flag for me and I personally won't go back and use them again if this isn't resolved.

  My heat pump was installed by Irbis and experienced was great The installation team was professional and clearly knew the technical side of heat pump systems inside and out. They were very respectful of my home, using floor protection and cleaning up everything before they left. They also made the rebate paperwork process much easier to understand

  We hired IRBIS HVAC to replace the HVAC ducts in our home years ago. Made an update about getting up charged when a simple metal tape was found in our HVAC. Unfortunately recently now, we discovered serious installation defects related to multiple supply vents. In some locations, metal boots were missing entirely, and in other locations where metal boots were present, they were not properly sealed. As a result, wall cavities were left exposed, which led to damage inside the walls and visible mold growth. This is especially concerning because one of the affected rooms is our son's bedroom. We contacted the company several times over the past three weeks to have the issues corrected, but they have not taken any action, citing that their schedule is too tight. We are now working with independent inspectors and laboratory testing to document the damage. This situation has caused significant stress, time, and additional expense that could have been avoided with proper installation and timely customer service. We hope IRBIS HVAC improves both installation quality and responsiveness so that other families do not experience the same problems. We are currently waiting to hear back from the team on how they'd like to proceed.

  IRBIS replaced our gas furnace with a heat pump and installed a Carrier air conditioner unit. The entire experience was professional—from the initial estimate and clear explanations to coordinating permits and rebates with the city. The installation went smoothly. Christian Palomino and Laki completed the work over three days. A larger crew initially planned to finish in two days, but when part of the crew was called to another job, Christian and Laki stayed on it and still met the original timeline they promised. This was a big job with a few challenges, including drilling through our concrete foundation to create the condensate drain. Their work ethic really stood out—they even stayed until 10 pm on the final day to make sure everything was finished. They answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through the new venting and connections in the attic. We’re now just waiting on the final inspection, and based on how thoroughly everything has been handled so far, I expect that to go smoothly as well.
