  I had a major project for my house to remove asbestos, replace gas furnace with heat pump and install new ductwork. It took 4-5 days to complete the project, where Pablo and Jacobo did an amazing job. I really liked the communication, cleanliness and professionalism of those two. They were respectful and gave me couple options and heard my feedback. For Irbis, I also liked the general process, I've had constant support along the way and they were very competitive in terms of pricing comparing to other major HVAC players in Bay Area. Thank you!

  I'm very pleased with the service from IRBIS Systems! Rudy was thorough in inspecting our HVAC system and identified a gas leak that needed immediate attention. He was professional and efficient, providing us with quotes and several possible solutions on the spot. Rudy went above and beyond by connecting us with the sales team, helping us book an appointment for heat pump quotes, and informing us about available rebates for heat pumps.   As the weather got colder, I turned on my furnace for the first time since April, only to find it didn't work. After researching the many HVAC options, I selected IRBIS due to their excellent rating and reviews. My technician, Jonathan Camargo was awesome! Communication leading up to my appointment was excellent. After troubleshooting our system, he sat down with me to review his findings (including videos and pictures), and available options to get the furnace back online and provide maintenance on other key HVAC elements. I was eager to get the repairs completed per the agreed upon approach, and Jonathan was able to shuffle other commitments to complete the repairs the very next day!

  I’ve been an IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical customer for a couple of years now, ever since they helped fix a leaking issue with my air pump. That first experience was excellent and I’ve stayed with them since — their membership program has been completely worth it. The regular maintenance gives me peace of mind knowing my AC and heating systems are in good hands. A big thumbs up to Rodolfo (Rudy) 👍, who recently checked my furnace, heat pump, and water heater. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also offered helpful suggestions on possible solutions for addressing a heating imbalance in my home. I really appreciated his expertise and clear communication. Overall, I highly recommend IRBIS to anyone who wants reliable service, regular maintenance, and quick fixes whenever issues come up. They’ve consistently taken great care of my home’s systems.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience with plumber Umed Erbekov from IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical We had a leak from our upstairs toilet that damaged our first-floor ceiling. After getting a very expensive quote from Mike Counsil (even just their consultation was pricey), I decided to get more opinions. I found IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical through the City of Sunnyvale’s list of approved contractors — and I’m so glad I did. Scheduling was easy: I received a text confirmation and a tracking link for the assigned plumber, Umed Erbekov, who arrived right on time. He was very professional and careful with our home (we have white carpet upstairs) and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation. Umed explained three possible repair options, clearly outlining the pros, cons, and warranty length for each. I chose the best long-term solution — even though it was the most expensive option he presented, it was still far more reasonable than Mike Counsil’s estimate. Umed worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. He even connected us with a remediation company (FloodDry) that looks very promising for the water damage cleanup. We were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work that we’ve already scheduled him to come back to help us fix a leak in our water meter. I highly recommend Umed Erbekov and IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical to anyone in the South Bay area looking for honest, skilled, and reliable plumbing work.
